As Owner and Chairman of Timber Resources LLC since 1961, Carroll has consistently displayed the passion, vision and dedication necessary to be successful in the business world.
Carroll was brought up in the industry, taking after his father. He has worked on numerous restorations of historical buildings and entire towns including Walkerton, Stevenville, the railroad crossing at the York River and Lester Manor. Carroll is a member of the Virginia Forestry Association and Forest Product Land Owners Association.
During his educational career, Carroll earned a Bachelor's Degree in Liberal Arts from the University of Richmond. He is a descendent of the famous Colonel Thomas Walker.
