Villa Verde Presents the First Annual Feel Good Festival
Sustainable Living and Green Initiatives set up camp at The Georgia International Horse Park
ATLANTA, GA, July 01, 2009 /Natural Resources PR News/ -- On Saturday, August 1, 2009, Villa Verde, Inc. will offer Georgia residents a tangible take on the world's fascination with the "greening of the globe". The First Annual Feel Good Festival is dedicated to sharing consumer related solutions that will allow the planet to be a sustainable system for generations to come. Beginning in the Atlanta Metro area, the Feel Good Festival will travel throughout the country to share new findings from world renowned speakers, offer insight into holistic and non- western medical findings and treat the spirit with musical performances from global artists.
Notes Michelle Knight, Villa Verde Director of Operations, "We have a responsibility to teach our young and old how to live, love, and laugh as well as care for themselves and each other. We must also teach sustainability in all facets of life so that their children's children will enjoy happy, healthy lives. This festival will serve as a launching pad for green companies to reach target audiences and an outdoor classroom for the masses to learn more about the rich resources that bourgeoning and established companies have to offer in this new age of health and wellness."
This one of a kind celebration of music, art and sustainable living will highlight products and companies in pavilions throughout the Georgia International Horse Park and afford visitors to a myriad of musical entertainment on the main stage. Pavilions including Eco-tourism, the Healing Sanctuary, Natural Beauty, Global Bazaar and more serve to satisfy the public's curiosity regarding the long term impact that sustainable products may have on families and communities. Main Stage performers include recording artist Miki Howard, Tribal Native/Fusion artist Arvel Byrd, Rock Band Project DNA and Living History Performer Amir Toure.
Tickets are priced at $15 per person and are available for purchase via Ticketmaster and the event website www.feel-good-festival.com.
